  11. My Amiga 3000 locks up randomly.  The entire system stops responding to
  12. everything, including a three-finger salute.  Turning off the computer and
  13. turning it back on again generally results in the computer not booting (the
  14. power light is dim).  If I jolt the machine, it will usually reboot okay, but
  15. the lock ups, and the routine of getting the machine to reboot is a pain.

  17. I think that one of the chips might be loose.  I've taken the cover off of my
  18. machine, took the cards out, and pressed on some of the chips (Agnus, Denise,
  19. etc...) but not the cards that are beneath the drive carraige.  Any guesses?
